Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy (returnable items only), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we are not able to refund shipping costs. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility. If your products are post stamped outside the 30 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer you store credit which can be used across multiple orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Customized products cannot be returned (such as lanyards, game totes, belts, coasters, dog collars etc... ). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom orders.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Service@jewaterfowl.com.
Damages and Faults
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom Orders Please note that all products are made to order. During peak season products can take up to 3-5 weeks to ship. If 5 weeks has passed and you still have not received a product update, please message us at Service@jewaterfowl.com.
Hardware Warranty Hardware such as Rivets, D-rings, Snaps, Crimps are subject to a One Year Warranty. If your hardware fails within your one year period, just pay shipping and your hardware will be replaced free of charge. Please get in touch with us at Service@jewaterfowl.com
Free Cleaning & Conditioning All waterfowl leather goods sold by JE Waterfowl Co. are eligible for free cleaning and conditioning services ( up to 2 times per year ). Select the cleaning option on our website, print your receipt, purchase your shipping label and send it on its way! Please note: Return time may take up to 2-3 weeks, once the product has been delivered.

Policy Updates We reserve the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
